Venue Details
The venue for the 123rd EAAE Seminar is the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) which is located about 2km south of Dublin City Centre.

Transport
The Seminar venue is 30 minutes to 1 hour by taxi or bus from
Dublin airport depending on the time of travel. A very convenient bus service (Aircoach) operates directly
from the Airport to the Seminar location. Note that there is no
train service to the airport.

Accommodation
Please note that the seminar fee excludes accommodation and seminar participants are responsible for their own accommodation arrangements.
The area surrounding the seminar venue contains a large number of hotels at various price levels. Room prices for a mid range hotel begin at about €50 per night.
For a convenient and affordable stay we recommend the Bewleys Ballsbridge Hotel which is adjacent to the Seminar venue. The hotel offers free WIFI internet to its guests. For the days of the Seminar the lowest rates can be obtained directly though the hotel's main booking page.

The seminar venue is also easily accessible by bus or DART (tram) from Dublin City Centre. The nearest DART station to the seminar venue is called Sandymount and is about 5 minutes walk from the seminar venue.
